2. Listing and Selling

2.1. Product Listings: All product listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading. You must provide detailed descriptions, pricing, and images.

2.2. Prohibited Items: You may not list or sell the following items:

   - Illegal drugs and substances

   - Firearms, ammunition, and explosives

   - Stolen goods

   - Human organs and body parts

   - Hazardous materials

   - Counterfeit and pirated goods

   - Adult material/pornography

   - Prescription drugs and controlled substances

   - Wildlife and endangered species

   - Government IDs and personal documents

   - Lottery tickets and gambling items

   - Items infringing on intellectual property rights

   - Any other items prohibited by Nigerian law

2.3. Pricing: Prices must be set in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include all applicable taxes. You are responsible for ensuring prices are accurate and competitive.

2.4. Stock Management: You must ensure that items listed for sale are in stock and available for dispatch. 

3. Order Fulfillment

3.1. Order Processing: You must process orders promptly and ensure that items are shipped in accordance with the delivery timeframes specified on your product listings.

3.2. Shipping and Delivery: You are responsible for the proper packaging and shipment of items. You must provide tracking information where applicable.

3.3. Returns and Refunds: You must accept returns and process refunds in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Payments and Fees

4.1. Payment Processing: Payments for sales made through our platform will be processed through our payment gateway. You will receive payments minus applicable fees.

4.2. Fees: Our platform charges a 7% commission on each sale. 

4.3. Payouts: Payouts to your designated bank account will be made according to our payout schedule, subject to successful completion of sales and delivery.

5. Compliance and Conduct

5.1. Legal Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection, data protection, and intellectual property laws.

5.2. Prohibited Conduct: You may not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unfair practices. This includes manipulating product listings, reviews, or ratings.

5.3. Intellectual Property: You must have the right to sell the products you list and ensure that your listings do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Suspension and Termination

6.1. Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in any prohibited activities.

6.2. Termination by Seller: You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to us. Any outstanding orders must be fulfilled before termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or any transactions conducted through our platform.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised terms on our platform. Your continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
